United Kingdom Rates & Transit Times
- Standard Tracked International (5–10 business days): £4.99

Miracelle ships under DDU (Delivery Duties Unpaid) terms.
This means UK customers may be responsible for customs duties, VAT, or import fees upon delivery.
- Miracelle does not charge UK VAT at checkout.
- The local carrier/customs office collects any import charges.
Netherlands Rates & Transit Times
- Standard International (7–14 business days): €5.99
- FREE Standard International (7–14 business days): €0 on orders €74.99+

Address Issues
If a package is returned due to:
- Incorrect/insufficient address
- The customer is not claiming the parcel
- Refusal to pay import duties
- → We can reship once a correct address is provided.
→ The customer pays reshipment postage.

For lost-in-transit packages:
- Contact us within 14 days of the last tracking update.
- We will investigate and replace when applicable.
