Return, Refund & Replacement Policy (US only)

30-Day Quality Promise
If your order arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or incorrect, or is lost in transit, we’ll make it right with a free replacement or a refund.

Eligibility windows

  • Damaged/defective/incorrect: report within 30 days of delivery.

  • Lost in transit: report within 30 days of the estimated delivery date.

What do we need to review your claim?
Email info@miracelle.life with:

  1. Order #, 2) Photos of the item, packaging, and shipping label, 3) A short description of the issue.
    We’ll confirm approval and either ship a replacement (typically within 3 business days) or issue a refund to the original payment method.

Not eligible (all sales final in these cases)

  • Wrong/insufficient address entered at checkout. Reshipment is available once the correct address is provided; the customer pays for reshipment.

  • Unclaimed packages returned by the carrier. Reshipment available; customer pays reship.

  • Buyer’s remorse (change of mind, ordered the wrong product, etc.).

  • Customs rejection/refusal (we currently ship US only; international orders are not accepted).

  • Cancellations after fulfillment has started.

  • Opened/used supplements (for health & safety, we cannot accept returns of opened products).

Cancellations & address changes
We can cancel or edit an order only before it is accepted for fulfillment. Please contact us immediately at info@miracelle.life; once processing begins, we can no longer cancel or change the address.

Refund timing
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Your bank/card may take a few business days to post the credit.
