Welcome to Miracelle™ (“Miracelle,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of miracelle.life and any purchase of our products (the “Site” and, together with our products, the “Services”). By accessing the Site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site or purchase our products.


1) Eligibility & Acceptable Use

  • Age: You must be 18+ to purchase.
  • Use: Don’t misuse the Site (e.g., unlawful or fraudulent activity, scraping, reverse engineering, or disrupting the Site).
  • Accounts: If you create an account, keep your credentials confidential and accurate. You’re responsible for activity under your account.

2) Health & Safety Disclaimer

  • Content on the Site is for informational purposes only and is not medical advice.
  • Always consult your healthcare professional before using any supplement, especially if you are pregnant or nursing, have a medical condition, or take medications.
  • FDA notice: Statements on this Site have not been evaluated by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration. Our products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.
  • Use our products only as directed on the label.

3) Orders, Pricing & Payment

  • Order acceptance: We may accept, limit, or cancel orders at our discretion (e.g., suspected resellers/unauthorized distributors, unusually large quantities, or incomplete/incorrect information).
  • Pricing: Prices, promotions, and availability may change without notice. Taxes and shipping are added where applicable.
  • Payment: We accept the payment methods shown at checkout. By submitting payment, you authorize us (and our payment processor) to charge your selected method for your order total.

4) Shipping, Delivery & Risk of Loss

  • Delivery estimates: Any times shown are estimates, not guarantees.
  • Title & risk: Title and risk of loss pass to you upon delivery by the carrier.
  • Delays: We are not responsible for delays outside our control (e.g., carrier issues, severe weather, customs, regulatory holds).

5) Returns, Replacements & Refunds

  • Please review our Refund/Returns Policy for eligibility windows and instructions. We do not accept “change-of-mind” returns.
  • For damaged/defective/misprinted or lost-in-transit items, contact info@miracelle.life within the timeframe specified in our policy.

6) Promotions, Discount Codes & Gifts

  • Promotions and codes can’t be combined unless we say so.
  • We may modify or end a promotion at any time.
  • If you return items purchased with a promotion, your refund may reflect the promotional value.

7) Intellectual Property & Reviews

  • All Site content (including text, logos, graphics, product names, look & feel) is owned by Miracelle or our licensors and protected by IP laws.
  • You may not copy, reproduce, republish, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written permission.
  • Reviews & submissions: If you post a review or submit content, you grant Miracelle a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, display, reproduce, and distribute that content in connection with the Site and our marketing, in any media, with or without attribution, and without compensation to you. You represent that you own or control the rights to your submission and that it’s accurate and lawful.

9) Important Disclaimers

  • To the fullest extent permitted by law:
  • The Services are provided “as is” and “as available.”
  • We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
  • We do not guarantee that the Site will be error-free, uninterrupted, or free of harmful components.

10) Limitation of Liability

  • To the fullest extent permitted by law, Miracelle and its officers, employees, partners, and agents are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits or revenues, arising out of or related to the Services or these Terms, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Services will not exceed the amount you paid for the product giving rise to the claim. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations/exclusions, so parts of this section may not apply to you. Nothing in these Terms limits liability for fraud, willful misconduct, or injury caused by gross negligence, or limits any non-waivable consumer rights.

11) Indemnification

  • You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Miracelle from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or related to: (a) your breach of these Terms; (b) your misuse of the Services; or (c) your violation of any law or a third party’s rights.

12) Governing Law, Arbitration, and Class-Action Waiver

  • Governing law. These Terms are governed by the laws of Singapore, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. If you are a consumer habitually resident in the United States, you also enjoy any mandatory consumer-protection rights of your state of residence; nothing in these Terms affects those rights.
  • U.S. Residents — binding arbitration & no jury. If you reside in the United States, any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to the Services or these Terms will be resolved by binding arbitration on an individual basis, rather than in court, except that (i) you or we may seek relief in small-claims court in your U.S. county of residence, and (ii) either party may seek injunctive relief in court to protect its intellectual-property or proprietary rights. You and Miracelle waive any right to a jury trial.
  • Administrator & rules. The arbitration will be administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) under its Consumer Arbitration Rules (the “Rules”), as modified by this Section. The Federal Arbitration Act (FAA) governs the interpretation and enforcement of this Section.
  • Location & format. You may choose to conduct the arbitration by video/teleconference or, if an in-person hearing is held, it will take place in your U.S. county of residence (or another location we mutually agree).
  • Costs. AAA filing and arbitrator fees will be governed by the Rules. If your claim is for US$10,000 or less, we will reimburse your share of filing/administrative fees after the arbitration concludes unless the arbitrator determines your claim was frivolous or filed for an improper purpose. Each party pays its own attorneys’ fees unless the arbitrator awards fees under applicable law.
  • Class/representative waiver. Arbitrations and court actions (where permitted) must be brought by you and us only in our individual capacities, not as a class member or representative, and the arbitrator may not consolidate claims without all parties’ consent.
  • Opt-out. You may opt out of this arbitration agreement by emailing info@miracelle.life with the subject line “Arbitration Opt-Out” and your full name, email, and postal address within 30 days of the date you first accepted these Terms. Opting out will not affect other provisions of these Terms.
  • Non-U.S. residents — venue. If you do not reside in the United States, disputes may be brought in the courts of Singapore (non-exclusive jurisdiction), and you may also bring proceedings in the courts of your place of residence where required by law.
  • Severability. If the class-action waiver is found unenforceable as to a particular claim or request for relief, then that claim or request for relief—and only that—must be brought in court (not arbitration). If any other part of this Section is found unlawful or unenforceable, it will be severed and the remainder will remain in effect.

13) Export & Compliance

  • You agree to comply with all applicable laws, including export-control and sanctions regulations. We may refuse or cancel orders where prohibited by law.

14) Changes to the Services or Terms

  • We may update the Services and these Terms at any time. The posted version is the one that applies. If we make material changes, we’ll update the “Last updated” date above.

15) Severability & Entire Agreement

  • If any part of these Terms is found unenforceable, that part will be limited or removed to the minimum extent necessary, and the rest will remain in full force. These Terms, together with policies linked above, are the entire agreement between you and Miracelle regarding the Services.
