Cancellation policy
Subscription & Cancellation Policy Miracelle™
Effective date: October 14, 2025.
We offer Subscribe & Save on select formulas so you never run out. By subscribing, you authorize recurring charges to your chosen payment method for each shipment until you cancel.
How it works
- Frequency: You choose delivery every 30 / 60 / 90 days (shown at checkout).
- Savings: Subscription discounts apply to every recurring order while your subscription is active.
- Auto-renew: Your subscription auto-renews at the selected cadence until you cancel.
- Reminders: We email you before each renewal with the next charge date.
Manage, skip, or cancel
- You can change, pause/skip, or cancel anytime—no minimum commitment.
- Manage your subscription from your order confirmation or your account: look for “Manage subscription.”
- Need help? Email info@miracelle.life and we’ll process your request.
- Cutoff for changes: Please submit changes at least 24 hours before your next scheduled charge. Changes made after that time may apply to the following delivery.
Charges & refunds
- Your payment method is stored securely by our processor and billed at each renewal.
- Once an order has been processed/shipped, it can’t be canceled.
- Returns and refunds follow our Shipping & Returns policy (unopened items within the stated window; exclusions may apply).
Discounts
- Welcome or promotional codes (e.g., WELCOME10) generally apply to one-time purchases and don’t stack with subscription pricing unless explicitly stated.
Pre-orders & Try-Before-You-Buy
- We do not currently offer pre-orders or try-before-you-buy. If we introduce either in the future, we’ll update this page with the specific terms.
