Where do you ship?

We currently ship to addresses within the United States.

How long is shipping?

We ship across the United States only. Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Mon–Fri), and you’ll receive tracking by email.

Rates & transit times (US)

  • Standard (contiguous US): 3–6 business days ($4.99, or free on orders $75+).
  • Puerto Rico: Standard 4–8 business days ($12.99) 

Rates & transit times (UK)

  • Standard (3–6 business days): £4.99
  • Free Standard: $0 on orders £75+
  • All orders ship from our US warehouses via USPS/UPS or FedEx.

What is your return policy?

We stand by our products with a 30-Day Quality Promise. If your order arrives damaged, defective, incorrect, or is lost in transit, we’ll make it right with a free replacement or refund.

Eligible for replacement or refund:

·       Damaged/defective/incorrect items (report within 30 days of delivery).

·       Lost-in-transit orders (report within 30 days of the estimated delivery date).

📩 How to request help:

Email info@miracelle.life with:

·       Your order number

·       Photos of the item, packaging, and shipping label

·       A short description of the issue

Once approved, we’ll ship a replacement (typically within 3 business days) or issue a refund to your original payment method.

🚫 Not eligible (all sales final in these cases)

·       Wrong/insufficient address entered at checkout (reship available at customer’s cost).

·       Unclaimed packages returned by the carrier (reship available at the customer’s cost).

·       Buyer’s remorse (change of mind, ordered the wrong product, etc.).

·       Customs refusal/rejection (we currently ship in the USA only).

·       Cancellations after fulfilment has started.

·       Opened or used supplements (for health & safety).

Refund timing
Approved refunds are issued back to your original payment method. Please allow a few business days for your bank or card provider to post the credit.

 

Are your products third-party tested?

Yes. Every batch of Miracelle™ supplements is manufactured in FDA-registered, GMP-compliant facilities in the United States. Our partners follow strict quality and safety standards, and Certificates of Analysis (COAs) are available for every batch upon request.

Some of our manufacturing partners also hold additional third-party certifications, such as NSF or ISO, and Miracelle™ maintains records of these certifications. While not every facility carries every certification, all are legally required to operate under GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices).

What this means for you:

·       Your products are made under strict quality controls.

·       Every batch is tested with a COA available.

·       Facilities are FDA-registered and GMP-compliant.

·       Some facilities also maintain NSF or ISO certification.

Please note: dietary supplements are not “FDA-approved” (the FDA does not approve supplements), but they are regulated for safety and labelling.

Can I take multiple Miracelle™ products together?

Generally, yes, but always consult your healthcare professional if you have conditions or take medications.

Are your products vegan?

Miracelle™ Creatine Monohydrate is vegan; Miracelle™ Collagen Peptides is not. Check each page for specifics.

How do subscriptions work?
