Are Miracelle™ supplements gluten-free?
Yes. Miracelle™ formulas are gluten-free. They do not contain wheat or gluten-derived ingredients, and our manufacturers’ allergen documentation confirms “Wheat: No.”
Always review the product page before purchasing if you have a specific allergy or sensitivity.
Where do you ship?
We currently ship to the United States, the United Kingdom, and the Netherlands.
Shipping options, rates, and delivery estimates are shown at checkout based on your location.
How long does shipping take?
Orders are usually processed within 1 to 2 business days, Monday to Friday.
Once your order ships, you will receive tracking by email.

Puerto Rico: usually 4 to 8 business days

All orders are fulfilled from our US warehouse partners using carriers such as USPS, UPS, or FedEx, depending on the destination.
What is your return policy?
We stand by our products with a 30-Day Quality Promise.
If your order arrives damaged, defective, incorrect, or is lost in transit, we will make it right with a replacement or refund.
Eligible for replacement or refund:
Damaged, defective, or incorrect items reported within 30 days of delivery
Lost-in-transit orders reported within 30 days of the estimated delivery date

Once approved, we will ship a replacement, usually within 3 business days, or issue a refund to your original payment method.
What is not eligible for return or refund?
For health, safety, and fulfilment reasons, some orders are not eligible for return or refund.
Not eligible:
Wrong or incomplete address entered at checkout
Unclaimed packages returned by the carrier
Change of mind or buyer’s remorse
Ordered the wrong product
Customs refusal or rejection
Cancellation after fulfilment has started
Opened or used supplements
In some cases, reshipping may be available at the customer’s cost.
How long do refunds take?
Approved refunds are issued back to your original payment method.
Please allow a few business days for your bank or card provider to process and post the credit.
Are your products third-party tested?
Yes. Miracelle™ supplements are manufactured in FDA-registered, GMP-compliant facilities in the United States.
Each batch is tested, and Certificates of Analysis, also known as COAs, are available on product pages where applicable.
Some of our manufacturing partners also hold additional third-party certifications, such as NSF or ISO. Not every facility carries every certification, but all manufacturing partners are required to follow GMP, Good Manufacturing Practices.
What this means:
Your products are made under strict quality controls
Batch testing is performed
COAs are available where applicable
Facilities are FDA-registered and GMP-compliant
Some facilities may also maintain NSF or ISO certification

Can I take multiple Miracelle™ products together?
Many Miracelle™ formulas can be used together as part of a daily wellness routine.
However, you should always consult a healthcare professional before combining supplements if you are pregnant, nursing, under 18, taking medication, managing a medical condition, or unsure whether a formula is suitable for you.
Are Miracelle™ products vegan?
Some Miracelle™ products are vegan, and some are not.
Miracelle™ Creatine Monohydrate is vegan.
Miracelle™ Collagen Peptides is not vegan because it is sourced from bovine collagen.
Colostrum is not vegan because it is milk-derived.
Please check each product page for specific ingredient and allergen details.
